CBRF Training InfoNew for April 2010!
The new State of Wisconsin CBRF program is currently being implemented and goes into effect April 1, 2010.
The CBRF First Aid with Procedures to Alleviate Choking module is being conducted by the American Red Cross in your area. CBRF facility staff and students have the options of:
- Attending class at your CBRF facility (Full Service with Red Cross Instructor) or;
- Attending a local class (community class conducted at a Red Cross office) or;
- Electing a member of your existing CBRF staff to become a First Aid Instructor (Red Cross Authorized Provider).
For those that elect to become an Authorized Provider of Red Cross First Aid, you will need to contact your nearest Red Cross office and speak with the Health and Safety Department. To find your nearest Red Cross office, please visit www.redcross.org
